Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy for all appointments is 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time. If you do not cancel within the designated time frame you will be charged for the full amount of your session.

If you need to reschedule or cancel prior to 24 hours, cancellations can be made via email at studiovitalitynj@gmail.com or via phone/text at 973-300-9642.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Your agreement to an in-person private session means that you agree to the following:

I understand that I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to body-conditioning machinery used during my Pilates workouts. I hereby absolve Dana Calandrillo and Studio Vitality, LLC. from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing either yoga or the the Pilates method or any actions learned with or by Dana Calandrillo and Studio Vitality, LLC.

I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Dana Calandrillo, Studio Vitality, LLC. from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program.

Agreement to this Cancellation and Liability Information will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions.
